Companies are like people, they can let you down. They can fail to communicate, be overcome by their own specialness, or not have enough joy. That’s why we can forgive companies when they don’t live up to our expectations. We understand their fallibility because it mirrors on our own. We’ve been in the company’s shoes. We might even be their customer, or employee. But we have our limits. We forgive - to a point - and then we forget you.
